Blue Ribbon™ Service.

Our Blue Ribbon Service offers our subscribers toll free 800 24 hour customer service support by telephone or e-mail. Technical support is available between 6am-7pm PST.

Gold Ribbon™ Service.

Our Gold Ribbon Service offers toll free 800 customer service along with free user and librarian training for selected product packages. In addition, free telephone and user support is available upon request.
